ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. completed acquisitions of has·to·be (the provider of the be.ENERGISED cloud e‑mobility platform) and ViriCiti (an eBus and commercial fleet telematics provider) to strengthen its European presence and expand fleet electrification capabilities. The deals add complementary software, telematics and engineering talent and accelerate ChargePoint’s commercial and fleet offerings across Europe and North America.
