Hayward Holdings Acquires Water Works Technologies Group, SmartPower and SmartValve

Hayward Holdings, Inc. has acquired Water Works Technologies Group, LLC along with two IoT technology businesses, SmartPower and SmartValve, to expand its smart pool and outdoor-living product portfolio. The transactions add water-feature manufacturing and proprietary LED lighting and fluid-control technologies that will integrate with Hayward's OmniLogic automation platform.
