Oracle Elevator, an L Squared Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Atlanta-based Premier Elevator to expand its geographic footprint and technical capabilities across the Southeast. The deal adds Premier’s presence in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee and relocates Oracle’s Technical Training Center (OTEC) to Atlanta to leverage Premier’s resources; several Premier leaders joined Oracle’s senior management and remain material owners.

Elevator Service LLC (ESI) acquired Van Duinen Elevator Co., an elevator maintenance, repair and modernization company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The deal, backed financially by Greenwich-based family office Carroll Capital, is ESI's third add-on in six months and is intended to increase market density and extend ESI's service footprint in West Michigan; Van Duinen's owner Larry Burns will join ESI's management team.

Elevator Service LLC (ESI), backed by Greenwich-based family office Carroll Capital, acquired Toledo Elevator & Machine Co., Inc., the largest independent elevator service provider in Northwest Ohio. The add-on expands ESI’s platform into the Ohio and Detroit markets while retaining Toledo Elevator’s President Jason Gwin in his leadership role to support continued growth and service capability expansion.
