Summit Fire & Security Acquires Casper Fire Extinguisher Service

(Summit Companies) announced that its subsidiary, Summit Fire & Security LLC, has completed the acquisition of Casper Fire Extinguisher Service, Inc., a family-owned fire-extinguisher and life-safety service provider based in Casper, Wyoming. The transaction expands Summit Fire & Security's presence in Wyoming and adds local fire-extinguisher inspection, maintenance and emergency lighting services to its platform.
