Fortive Corporation Acquires Provation from Clearlake Capital

IPRO Acquires ZyLAB

IPRO has acquired Amsterdam-based ZyLAB, a leading e-discovery and legal hold SaaS provider, to integrate ZyLAB's legal hold automation, advanced analytics, and cloud capabilities into IPRO's information governance and eDiscovery platform. The deal, executed with capital from ParkerGale Capital (IPRO's private equity sponsor), expands IPRO's product capabilities and strengthens its footprint in Europe and the UK.
