Compass said it will keep Glide as an open platform for all agents, invest in expanding the product across additional states, and maintain data separation to preserve user trust.

Capgemini Acquires LiquidHub

Capgemini has agreed to acquire LiquidHub, a Philadelphia-based digital customer engagement firm, to strengthen its digital consulting and customer experience capabilities in North America. The deal (announced February 5, 2018) aligns with Capgemini's strategy to accelerate its Digital & Cloud portfolio in the region and is reported at roughly two times LiquidHub's 2017 revenues (~€200m).
