TiLT Capital Partners and SWEN Capital Partners Invest in Negratín Global Services

TiLT Capital Partners has acquired a 38% stake in Spain-based Negratín Global Services, with SWEN Capital Partners also participating in the minority investment. The growth-capital investment will support Negratín's expansion into larger-scale EPC projects, accelerate the roll-out of its own photovoltaic plants as an IPP, and strengthen international expansion while the founders remain majority shareholders.
