Global CI Acquires MMY Consulting

Global Commerce & Information, Inc. (Global CI) has acquired the assets, people and customer contracts of MMY Consulting, Inc., and the combined business will operate under the Global CI brand. MMY founder Bill Monachino will join Global CI as EVP and head of the Commercial business division; definitive agreements were completed May 2, 2020 with full integration targeted for July 2020.
