Evolution Research Group (ERG), a New Jersey–based clinical research site operator backed by Linden Capital Partners, has acquired Staten Island, New York–based Richmond Behavioral Associates (RBA). The acquisition expands ERG's footprint and CNS/pediatric outpatient trial capabilities in the New York region and brings RBA's experienced investigators and patient database into ERG's portfolio.
