Wafra Acquires Minority Stake in Digital Colony

Affiliates of Wafra Inc. agreed to acquire a minority stake in Digital Colony, the digital infrastructure investment management division of Colony Capital, in a strategic investment that will total over $400 million in commitments to the Digital Colony platform. The investment provides permanent capital to accelerate Digital Colony's growth and expand its digital infrastructure investment activities including data centers, cell towers, fiber and small cells.
