OrbitsIQ Global, a Luxembourg-based telecommunications company, has acquired Munich-based UNIO Enterprise, a provider of broadband connectivity solutions that merge satellite and terrestrial networks. The acquisition brings UNIO's UNIO Move B2B platform and telematics expertise into OrbitsIQ to expand its multi-band connectivity capabilities for automotive, maritime and aviation markets; terms were not disclosed.
