WagWay Group, a platform company of Access Holdings, announced a partnership to bring Pawville — a Southeast U.S. provider of boarding, daycare, grooming, training and veterinary centers — into the WagWay network. The deal expands WagWay's footprint into suburban Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic markets and adds veterinary medical center capabilities to the platform.

Waverly Advisors Acquires 9258 Wealth Management

Waverly Advisors, a Birmingham-based RIA backed by Wealth Partners Capital Group and HGGC's Aspire Holdings, acquired 9258 Wealth Management, a Cincinnati-based investment advisory and tax preparation firm. The deal adds three Ohio offices and approximately $1.0 billion in AUM, brings a team of 24 professionals to Waverly, and closed on October 18, 2024, increasing Waverly's AUM to about $14.4 billion.

Waverly Advisors Acquires Wall Advisors

The Wall Advisors team of four will join Waverly (Lee Wall will serve as Regional Director); the deal closed on December 2, 2022 and is Waverly's third RIA acquisition since taking equity backing from Wealth Partners Capital Group and HGGC's Aspire Holdings platform.

The deal closed April 5, 2024, adds roughly $700 million of AUM to Waverly and is the firm's thirteenth acquisition since receiving equity investment from Wealth Partners Capital Group and HGGC’s Aspire Holdings platform.

Nordic Capital Acquires Atlantic Street Capital's Stake in United Veterinary Care

Nordic Capital has agreed to invest in United Veterinary Care (UVC), acquiring the shareholdings controlled by Atlantic Street Capital and joining UVC's veterinary owner-practitioners as a major shareholder. UVC is a Palm Beach Gardens, Florida–based multi-location veterinary group operating more than 60 hospitals across 13 U.S. states with over 1,200 employees; the transaction supports the company's continued organic and acquisitive growth.
