Cleanwater1 Acquires Integrity Municipal Systems (IMS)

Cleanwater1, a Baird Capital–backed water technologies platform, has completed the acquisition of Integrity Municipal Systems (IMS), a designer and supplier of packaged lime slaking, chemical feed, odor control and related process systems for municipal and industrial water/wastewater customers. The deal expands Cleanwater1’s engineered solutions and service capabilities for lime systems, odor control and chemical feed systems.

Integrated Water Services Acquires Hi-Line Industries

Integrated Water Services, Inc. (IWS), a Sciens Water-backed water and wastewater treatment platform, has acquired Hi-Line Industries, a Brenham, Texas-based designer and manufacturer of custom-fabricated equipment. The deal vertically integrates Hi-Line's fabrication and CNC capabilities into IWS to support its modular MBR systems (including the BluBox) and broaden manufacturing capacity for future product and acquisition support.

Integrated Water Services and Sciens Water Acquire Hyperion International Technologies

The deal expands IWS’s product and digital services capabilities in modular MBR and wastewater reuse technologies; Hyperion’s General Manager Scott Johnson will lead the business as Al Ouchie transitions to retirement.

The acquisition expands IWS’s treatment technology capabilities and production of wastewater reuse solutions, enabling a more integrated offering for industrial manufacturers, water utilities, and municipalities.
