CECO Environmental Acquires General Rubber (GRC)

CECO Environmental Corp. has completed the acquisition of industrial flow control leader General Rubber (GRC) and integrated the business into its Effox‑Flextor‑Mader (EFM) joint venture with Chartwell Investments (Chief Capital). The acquisition expands CECO's product offering into rubber expansion joints and increases its addressable market to approximately $500 million while improving short-cycle sales and expected accretion to earnings and cash flow.

MOBILTEX Acquires GCRTech (UK)

ADNOC Drilling / Alpha Dhabi JV (Enersol) Acquires 25% Stake in Gordon Technologies

ADNOC Drilling and Alpha Dhabi have incorporated a joint venture (Enersol) at Abu Dhabi Global Market and completed the JV's inaugural strategic investment by transferring Alpha Dhabi’s 25% equity stake in US-based Gordon Technologies into the JV (valued at roughly $180 million). The move gives the JV an equity position in a leading measurement-while-drilling (MWD) technology provider and is intended to accelerate capability expansion in tech-enabled energy services and optimise drilling operations for ADNOC Drilling.

Baker Hughes Acquires AccessESP

Baker Hughes has agreed to acquire AccessESP, a Houston-based provider of the GoRigless ESP deployment system, to integrate the company's alternative electrical submersible pump (ESP) deployment technology into Baker Hughes' Oilfield Services segment. AccessESP — with approximately 55 employees and facilities in North America and the Middle East — will bring proprietary IP, personnel and commercial agreements to Baker Hughes to reduce costs and downtime for oilfield operators.
