Hub International Limited acquired the assets of Der Manouel Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., a Fresno-based multi-line insurance brokerage with an office in Pleasanton, California. The deal — terms not disclosed — brings DMIG's leadership and staff into Hub California to strengthen Hub's Central Valley footprint and expand its vertical-market capabilities.
