Alternative Capital Group Acquires Majority Stake in Kaloom

Alternative Capital Group Inc. (ACG) has closed a transaction to become the majority shareholder in Kaloom Inc., a Montreal‑based developer of cloud‑native edge networking software. ACG said it will provide capital and capital-markets expertise to support Kaloom's global growth and to help deploy a worldwide reseller ecosystem while founder Laurent Marchand remains CEO.
