The deal integrates Upped's app-based payment and engagement technology into Events.com's platform to give event organizers unified ticketing-to-onsite transaction insights and new on-site POS options.

Hopin Acquires Boomset

The deal brings Boomset's onsite capabilities (badges, kiosks, RFID/NFC tracking, lead retrieval and cashless payments) and its team into Hopin to centralize offline and online event analytics.

Snappr Acquires Eversnap

The deal brings nearly one million Eversnap users and Eversnap’s professional photography services into the Snappr platform; Snappr will continue to host Eversnap photos and integrate customers into its network.

EQT Growth Acquires Majority Stake in GotPhoto

EQT Growth has agreed to acquire a majority stake in GotPhoto, a Berlin-based vertical software platform serving photographers, with GotPhoto founders, angel investors and management remaining minority owners. EQT will invest primary capital to accelerate product and tech development, support organic and inorganic growth across core markets (US, UK and DACH) and expand into additional verticals and geographies; the deal is expected to close in April 2023.

GotPhoto Acquires Next Gen Photo Solutions

GotPhoto, the people-photography workflow and e‑commerce platform, has acquired Next Gen Photo Solutions, a full-service digital graphics company that creates dynamic sports graphics, memory mates and virtual group images. The acquisition will integrate Next Gen's graphics capabilities into GotPhoto's platform and support product investments aimed at automating sports graphic creation and expanding GotPhoto's outsourced image-creation services for high-volume photographers.
