Alacrity Solutions Group, a Kohlberg-backed provider of insurance claims management services, acquired Temporary Housing Directory (THD) from majority owner White Wolf Capital. THD, a national temporary housing and relocation services provider founded by Teresa Vidger in 2001, will be integrated into Alacrity's claims service offerings to expand end‑to‑end housing capabilities for insurance carriers across North America.
