Affinity Hospice Holdings, a Birmingham-based hospice provider and portfolio company of MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P., has acquired Good Samaritan Hospice of Huntsville, a hospice operator in northern Alabama with an average daily census of 92 patients. The deal is an add-on to Affinity's existing Alabama operations and is intended to expand Affinity's market presence and leverage its clinical and operational resources in the Huntsville/North Alabama market.
