MWG Holdings Group, Inc. acquired Oz Distribution to add a wholesale cannabis distribution business serving more than 400 California dispensaries. The acquisition vertically integrates Oz's branded products (Royal Tree, Royal Dab, Royal Bud) into MWG's supply chain to expand product reach for MWG's Perfect Union retail locations across California.
