Signal Hill Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, has entered into a strategic partnership with KGD Architecture, a multidisciplinary architecture and design firm based in Washington, D.C. KGD will join Signal Hill’s growing national AEC platform alongside CSArch, ZMM Architects and Engineers, and Kluber Architects + Engineers; financial terms were not disclosed and KGD’s leadership and staff will remain in place.
