Charlesbank Technology Opportunities Fund (managed by Charlesbank Capital Partners) invested $70 million in Cyberbit Ltd. in a combination of primary growth capital and a secondary purchase of shares from Elbit Systems Ltd.; existing investor Claridge Israel also participated. The funding will be used to accelerate development of Cyberbit's cyber range platform and expand global sales and marketing to meet rising demand for realistic cybersecurity training.
