BIK Group has acquired Profi Insurance, a Krakow-headquartered insurance multi-agency, to expand its retail distribution network in southern Poland and extend nationwide reach. The deal is intended to augment BIK's Retail business by broadening agent distribution and leveraging recent technology investments to better serve customers online, by phone or in person.
