B2B Industrial Packaging, a GenNx360 Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Oak Paper Products Company, Inc., a Los Angeles-based distributor of corrugated paper products and related specialty divisions. Oak Paper’s existing ownership and management will remain active investors and operators while the business gains access to B2B Industrial Packaging’s nationwide distribution network and resources as a platform add-on.

Inteplast Group Acquires Reef Industries Inc.

PaperWorks Acquires The Standard Group

McKinley Paper (Bio Pappel) Acquires Midwest Paper Group from Industrial Opportunity Partners

Industrial Opportunity Partners has completed the sale of portfolio company Midwest Paper Group Holdings, Inc. to McKinley Paper Company, a subsidiary of Bio Pappel S.A. de C.V.; terms were not disclosed. Midwest Paper is a Combined Locks, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of recycled containerboard and recycled bag products, and the divestiture represents IOP’s first realization from its third fund.
