OMERS Private Equity has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pueblo Mechanical & Controls from Huron Capital Partners. The investment will support Pueblo's next phase of growth—including strategic M&A—to expand its HVAC, plumbing and mechanical services footprint across the Southwest and Rocky Mountain regions.
