Kian Capital Partners, alongside RF Investment Partners and Everside Capital Partners, completed a strategic growth investment in Sdii Global, a Tampa-based forensic engineering and earth sciences firm. The capital will be used to scale the platform, expand service offerings and geographic coverage, and support a buy-and-build strategy following Kian's initial investment in Sdii Global in 2016.
