Spire Power Solutions L.P., a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital LLC, acquired the assets of V&F Transformer Corporation, a family-owned manufacturer of custom dry‑type transformers based in Elgin, Illinois. The transaction expands Spire's dry‑type transformer offering and strengthens its presence in high‑growth end markets including data centers, electric vehicle/battery charging, and industrial automation.
