Sterling Investment Partners’ portfolio company HeartLand, LLC acquired three commercial landscape and facilities services providers — Heritage Landscape Services, Landscape Concepts Management and Snowmen365 — expanding HeartLand’s footprint in Washington, D.C., Chicago and Kansas City. The acquisitions are add-ons to HeartLand’s multi-market platform as Sterling continues to grow the company since its initial investment in 2019.

Troon Acquires The Club at Cordillera

Troon, the Scottsdale-based golf and club management company, has purchased The Club at Cordillera, a private 54-hole mountain golf club in Edwards, Colorado, from Wind Rose Holdings LLC. The deal closed December 10, 2024; Troon will retain the existing management team and employees and plans capital improvements including a bunker renovation in 2025.

Century Golf Partners and HKI Acquire Las Posas Country Club

Century Golf Partners and an HKI (Hankuk Industry) partnership acquired the member-owned Las Posas Country Club in Camarillo, California, with the sale finalized on December 31, 2020 after an overwhelming member vote. Century Golf will operate the club under its Arnold Palmer Golf Management brand and the buyers plan capital improvements while providing members reciprocal access to Century Golf's Palmer Advantage network.

all4golf Acquires Clubhouse Golf from Foresight
