Equity financing for the transaction was provided by Stretto management (including co-CEOs Jonathan Carson and Eric Kurtzman) and investment funds managed by Stone Point Capital; the seller was Sentinel Capital Partners.

Salesforce Acquires Acumen Solutions

Salesforce acquired Acumen Solutions, a McLean, Virginia-based Salesforce consulting and professional services firm, to expand its professional services and public-sector capabilities.
