WellNow Urgent Care has completed the acquisition of Physicians Immediate Care, adding 55 urgent care and occupational health locations across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin and bringing WellNow's total centers to approximately 183. The deal expands WellNow's Midwest footprint — including greater density in the Chicago market — and integrates Physicians Immediate Care's leadership into WellNow's senior team.
