The acquisition adds Skymark's Central Florida footprint, ~50 trucks and ~60 employees to Peak Roofing's operations and will continue to deliver residential and commercial roofing, maintenance, and storm restoration services.

Exagon Impact Capital acquired a controlling stake in SunRoof, a Latin American renewable energy platform with operations in Chile and Mexico, as the second portfolio company for its Exagon Latin America Fund I (XLA I). The investment will support SunRoof’s expansion in Mexico and accelerate distributed generation solar adoption across commercial and industrial customers through its build-and-hold ESCO model and patented solar panel cleaning technology.
