Aderant, the Atlanta-based provider of legal business management solutions and a business unit of Roper Technologies, has acquired Virtual Pricing Director, a London-based AI-driven legal pricing platform founded by Richard Burcher. The deal will integrate Virtual Pricing Director’s pricing intelligence and AI tools into Aderant’s suite to help law firms improve pricing consistency, profitability, and pricing-driven decisioning.

Aderant, a global provider of business software for law firms and a unit of Roper Technologies, has acquired American LegalNet (ALN), a Los Angeles–based provider of court forms, eFiling, calendaring and docketing solutions. The deal will combine ALN Cloud with Aderant’s CompuLaw calendaring solution to create a native cloud calendaring and docketing offering and expand Aderant’s cloud practice-of-law technology suite.

Acrisure Acquires Volante Global

Acrisure has acquired Volante Global, a London-headquartered, multi-class international Managing General Agent (MGA) that includes brands such as Aesir Space and Horizon Europe AG. The deal (terms not disclosed) brings Volante's specialty underwriting capabilities, Lloyd’s syndicate alignment and international presence into Acrisure’s growing MGA strategy; prior majority investor was Nephila Holdings Ltd. (a subsidiary of Markel Corporation).
