WeCommerce, a Canadian e-commerce technology holding company, has acquired Foursixty Inc., a Toronto-based shoppable Instagram and UGC content platform that serves thousands of direct-to-consumer brands. Foursixty will join WeCommerce's portfolio of Shopify-focused businesses and continue to operate independently to support merchants in monetizing Instagram content.

Knoema Acquires Seek Data

Knoema has acquired Seek Data, a cloud data and analytics consultancy focused on retail and consumer packaged goods, to accelerate Knoema's industry-specific analytics solutions and expand its Snowflake-native applications. Erik Mitchell, founder of Seek Data, will join Knoema as Chief Strategy Officer to oversee commercial and product strategy for the combined firm.

Tiny Ltd (WeCommerce) Acquires Clean Canvas Limited

WeCommerce Holdings LP, a subsidiary wholly owned by Tiny Ltd., has acquired all issued and outstanding shares of Clean Canvas Limited for an upfront US$11.5 million plus up to US$1.2 million of contingent earn-out consideration. Clean Canvas, a UK-based Shopify theme designer and developer, will continue to operate as an independent brand and its results will be consolidated into Tiny's financials; the purchase includes a US$750,000 holdback and the earn-out may be paid in cash, Tiny common shares, or a combination.

Tiny (WeCommerce) Acquires Repeat Inc.

The acquisition will be consolidated into Tiny's financials and is intended to expand WeCommerce's e‑commerce marketing capabilities across Tiny's portfolio of Shopify-focused tools.

Cart.com Acquires 180Commerce

WeCommerce Acquires Archetype Themes

WeCommerce Holdings Ltd. signed a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Archetype Themes Inc. for US$20.0 million upfront plus contingent consideration of up to US$12.0 million (total consideration up to US$32.0 million). Archetype is a leading designer of premium Shopify themes (used by over 60,000 merchants); the acquisition expands WeCommerce's portfolio of Shopify-focused technology businesses and theme offerings.
