NameSilo Technologies Corp. has closed its acquisition of Reach Systems, Inc. for a total purchase price of $4.5 million under a definitive share purchase agreement dated February 5, 2026. The deal integrates Reach’s remote inspection robotics and subsea camera/winch and cable/tether management solutions with NameSilo’s SewerVUE platform to improve vertical integration, supply chain control, reduce lead times, and lower system build costs.
