NCR Corporation Acquires Cardtronics

NCR Corporation has completed its acquisition of Cardtronics in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2.5 billion including debt. Cardtronics is now a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR, a move NCR says will accelerate its "NCR as a Service" strategy and expand its payments and ATM capabilities.

NextPoint Acquisition Corp. (a publicly traded SPAC) agreed to acquire Liberty Tax from Franchise Group, Inc. and LoanMe in a combined transaction that will form NextPoint Financial Inc. The deal values Liberty Tax at approximately US$252 million and LoanMe at approximately US$102 million and is intended to create a one-stop financial-services platform to serve credit‑challenged consumers and small businesses through cross-selling and expanded product offerings.

Ripple Acquires Fortress Trust

Liberty Strategic Capital Acquires Zimperium

DMG Bancshares Inc. to Acquire Liberty Bancorp in All-Cash Merger
