Accenture has acquired CS Technology, a New York–headquartered infrastructure transformation and cloud engineering firm. The deal (terms not disclosed) adds more than 100 professionals to Accenture and expands the capabilities of Accenture Cloud First in hybrid cloud, data center and modern workplace infrastructure engineering.

CSG (NASDAQ: CSGS) has acquired iCheckGateway.com, LLC (iCG Pay), a Fort Myers-based ACH and credit card payment processor, for an upfront purchase price of $17 million plus potential earn-outs. The deal adds recurring payments revenue (iCG Pay reported ~$9.5M in 2023 net revenue), ISV channel partnerships, and payments capabilities to CSG’s customer engagement and billing platform to accelerate its North American payments expansion and improve 2024 profitability.

Critical Process Systems Group (CPS), a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, has acquired Nuance Systems (NSI), a Portland-based supplier of ultra-high purity gas and chemical delivery systems and sensing technologies for the semiconductor and solar industries. The deal expands CPS's capabilities and customer diversification; NSI's co-owners Bill Kimmerle and Kyle Kimmerle will remain as CEO and President, respectively.
