NETGEAR Inc. Acquires Exium to Build Integrated SASE for SMEs

NETGEAR Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire Exium, a cybersecurity company, to add an integrated Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform to its networking offering for small and medium enterprises. The combined solution is intended to integrate networking and security capabilities and be deployable and manageable by small IT teams and MSPs, with Exium CEO Farooq Khan continuing to lead the Exium solution post-close. Closing is expected by the end of Q2 2025, subject to customary conditions.
