New Charter Technologies, a portfolio company of Oval Partners, has acquired DS Tech, a managed IT services provider headquartered in Escanaba, Michigan. The deal adds DS Tech's managed IT, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, voice and cloud hosting capabilities to New Charter's MSP platform while keeping DS Tech's leadership and headquarters in place.
