New Harbor Capital completed majority investments in Ambulatory Infusion Care North (AIC North) and JLS Infusion Nurse Staffing Services to combine the businesses into a new platform, Access Infusion Care. The platform — led by infusion executive Bruce Kutinsky — will pursue further acquisitions to expand home and suite-based infusion therapy services in underserved geographies, beginning in northern Michigan.
