The transaction follows Greenridge’s 2019 investment that helped GrowthZone expand its product, add ~40 employees and nearly 1,000 customers; William Blair advised GrowthZone and Raymond James advised Lead Edge on the deal.

Stonepeak Acquires Boundary Street Capital

Stonepeak agreed to acquire Boundary Street Capital, LP, a specialist private credit investment manager focused on digital infrastructure and enterprise infrastructure software and technology services for the lower middle market. The combined platform is intended to broaden Stonepeak Credit’s digital infrastructure investing capabilities and credit-linked offerings. Stonepeak later completed the acquisition in January 2025.
