Nexa3D Acquires Essentium to Add High-Speed Extrusion

Nexa3D has completed the acquisition of Essentium, a manufacturer of high-speed extrusion (HSE) 3D printers and polymer materials, bringing HSE capability and a broad materials portfolio into Nexa3D’s additive manufacturing product lineup. The deal expands Nexa3D’s industrial 3D printing capabilities and market reach across aerospace, defense, medical and government customers; Essentium will operate as “Essentium, a Nexa3D Company.”
