Nivel Parts & Manufacturing (Nivel) has acquired System 3 Off-Road, a UTV tire and wheel brand, combining Nivel's manufacturing, sourcing and distribution capabilities with System 3's design and engineering expertise. The deal will integrate System 3's talent, vendor relationships and distribution partnerships (including ties with Tucker Powersports) to accelerate product innovation and expand Nivel's presence in the UTV tire & wheel aftermarket.
