NPM Capital has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Elbfrost, a Marl-based frozen food distributor and logistics services provider, with completion expected in Q3 2025 subject to regulatory approvals. The investment — NPM's first platform in the DACH region — will be made alongside Elbfrost management as sellers including prior investor Bencis exit. NPM will support Elbfrost's organic growth and strategic acquisitions to scale the business regionally.
