NV5 Acquires Geodynamics to Expand Deep-Water Geospatial Capabilities

NV5 Global, Inc. acquired Geodynamics LLC for $42 million (including an earn-out) in a cash-and-stock deal to expand NV5's geospatial services into full-ocean depth hydrographic and geophysical surveying. Geodynamics, headquartered in Morehead City, North Carolina, will operate within NV5's Geospatial vertical to support projects for NOAA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Navy and other government and port/transportation clients.

NV5 Global Acquires Fulton Consulting Engineers

(NV5) acquired Fulton Consulting Engineers through an asset purchase to strengthen NV5's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and energy efficiency capabilities in California and the Southwest. Water Engineering (Nolan Capital) Acquires Delta Chemical Corp.

Water Engineering, a portfolio company of Nolan Capital, has acquired Delta Chemical Corp., a Jefferson, Louisiana–based provider of water treatment chemicals, equipment, consultation and preventative maintenance services. Delta's owners, Ross Heidingsfelder and Lee Mauberret, will remain with the business as it joins the WEI platform to expand the platform's footprint and continue WEI's consolidation strategy in water treatment services.

PSC Group Acquires Delta Petroleum Company

NV5 Acquires Technical Design Services, Inc.

NV5 Global, Inc. acquired Technical Design Services, Inc. (TDSi), a Chicago-based provider of data center and technology infrastructure design and consulting services. The deal (cash and stock) expands NV5's capabilities in data center, audiovisual, security, and telecommunications design, adds recurring revenue (approximately 80% of TDSi's revenue), and strengthens NV5's relationships in the aviation and government sectors.
