Denver-based Nwestco, LLC, a PE-backed distributor and service provider to fuel stations and car washes, has acquired W. Banks Moore, Inc. and Moore Services, Inc., family-owned businesses headquartered in Fresno, California. The deal expands Nwestco’s geographic footprint and service capabilities in central California and is an add-on consolidation to the company’s platform following WestView Capital Partners’ investment in Nwestco in 2017.
