NYDIG to Acquire Crusoe’s Bitcoin Mining Operations

NYDIG entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Crusoe’s Bitcoin mining operations, including over 270MW of power generation technology tied to Crusoe’s Digital Flare Mitigation (DFM) approach. NYDIG plans to integrate and expand the mining team and operate the acquired business inside its existing Power & Bitcoin Mining division, subject to regulatory approvals and customary consents.
