Trivest Partners (via its Discovery Fund) and Lincoln Road Global Management have completed an investment to form Landmark Paving, a new pavement maintenance platform headquartered in Oviedo, Florida. Landmark Paving was created through the acquisition of DH Striping and Lynne Services and will focus on organic growth and strategic add-on acquisitions across the U.S., serving retail, REITs, property managers and site developers.

Pavement Partners and Brothers National Merge to Form Pave America

Pave America Acquires Kansas Asphalt

Pave America has partnered with and added Kansas Asphalt, a Bucyrus, Kansas–headquartered asphalt and concrete paving and maintenance provider, to its platform as an add-on to expand its national footprint. The transaction brings Kansas Asphalt’s self-performing locations and subcontractor network into Pave America’s platform, which is backed by private equity sponsors including Shoreline Equity Partners (and referenced Trivest Partners in the announcement).

Riverview Landscapes, a PE-backed landscaping platform owned by management and Talus Holdings, has acquired Cleveland Brothers Landscaping, Inc., a Corinth, New York-based provider of landscape maintenance, hardscaping, fertilization, and snow removal services. The acquisition expands Riverview’s presence in the greater Albany/Saratoga market, relocates Riverview’s Albany branch into Cleveland Brothers’ larger Corinth facility, and transitions ownership from founders Terry and Kevin Cleveland to Riverview.

AEA Investors and BCI Acquire Pave America from Trivest and Shoreline

AEA Investors' Middle Market Private Equity team and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) have acquired Pave America, a leading U.S. commercial paving maintenance services provider, from Trivest Partners and Shoreline Equity Partners. Trivest and Shoreline will retain minority stakes alongside management, and AEA/BCI said they will support accelerated growth both organically and via strategic acquisitions; terms were not disclosed.
