John Burley, owner of Johnstown-based Everything Ice, has acquired Magic Ice USA, a Miami-headquartered provider of seasonal real-ice rinks, ice slides and turnkey winter attractions. The deal brings Magic Ice's rental and event services together with Everything Ice's design and manufacturing capabilities to expand the combined company's service offering and enter new markets.
