INX Signs Term Sheet to Acquire Openfinance Securities LLC

INX Limited has signed a term sheet to acquire Openfinance Securities LLC, a FINRA/SIPC-registered U.S. broker-dealer and alternative trading system (ATS) based in Chicago, subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals. The deal would transfer Openfinance's broker-dealer and ATS business — including systems, digital asset listings, client relationships and licenses — to INX as it expands its regulated digital-asset trading capabilities.
