CollisionRight has acquired Tripp's Collision Centers, a three-location collision repair operator in central Michigan founded in 1988 by Phil and Barb Tripp. The transaction is an add-on to CollisionRight’s PE-backed rollup (majority-backed by Summit Partners) and brings CollisionRight to its 100th location; owner Phil Tripp exits while Jeremy Tripp will remain with CollisionRight.
